Terms of service

The deal between you and Loopberry, LLC, in plain language. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to what's below.

Loopberry is in private beta. Features change quickly, and some of what you see is early. If a change would break how you work, we’ll give you notice rather than surprise you.

Who you're contracting with

Loopberry is a product of Loopberry, LLC, 1301 N Broadway STE 92334, Los Angeles, CA 90012. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “Loopberry” means the service itself.

What Loopberry does

Loopberry connects to analytics and advertising accounts you already own, normalizes what it finds, and shows you what changed and what to do about it. Depending on your plan it also helps you draft campaign creative, schedule posts, and size ad budgets. You keep your accounts; we just read them and, when you ask, act on them.

Your account

  • You need an invitation to create an account, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
  • You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the email inbox that receives your sign-in links.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@loopberry.app if you think someone else has got in.
  • Everyone you add to a workspace can see that workspace’s data. Add people accordingly.

Connecting your accounts

When you connect Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, or Shopify, you’re telling us you have the right to do so for that brand. We only use the access you grant, only for your workspace, and only for the purposes described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect any source at any time.

Those platforms have their own terms, and they come first. If Meta, Google, TikTok, or Shopify change what they allow, revoke a permission, or rate-limit us, features that depend on them may stop working — and that’s outside our control.

What our numbers do and don't claim

This matters more than the usual fine print, so read it properly.

  • Our comparisons are observational, not causal. When we show you what happened after a campaign started, or how one campaign compares to another, we’re describing what changed— not proving what caused it. Seasonality, a competitor’s launch, and plain luck all live in those numbers too. Nothing here is a randomized experiment.
  • Budget guidance is advisory. Our allocation suggestions are one input to a decision that stays yours. They optimize against estimates, and estimates are wrong sometimes.
  • None of it is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not use Loopberry’s output as the basis for commission calculations, revenue-share settlements, or any other financial obligation between you and a third party. It was not built for that and is not accurate enough for it.
  • Platform data is the platforms’.Ad platforms restate their own figures for weeks after the fact. We reflect what they report; we can’t make it more accurate than the source.

Automated actions

Some features can act on your behalf — publishing a post you scheduled, retiring an underperforming creative, or adjusting an ad-set budget. These are off unless you turn them on, per workspace, and they run inside limits we hold to: budget changes never raise your total spend, are capped per adjustment, and happen at most once a day per ad set. You can switch any of them off at any time, and you remain responsible for the spend on your own ad accounts.

Content you create

Your brand, your content, your data — you own all of it, and using Loopberry doesn’t change that. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, and display it back to you and your workspace.

Where Loopberry helps generate creative, you’re responsible for reviewing it before it goes out — that it’s accurate, that it fits your brand, that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights, and that it follows the rules of wherever you publish it. Generated material can be wrong or unoriginal. Nothing publishes without your say-so.

Fair use

Please don’t:

  • connect accounts you don’t have permission to use,
  • try to reach another customer’s workspace or data,
  • probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service,
  • use Loopberry to send spam, or to break the rules of a connected platform,
  • resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle you choose, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page — you’ll keep access to the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t generally give refunds for partial periods, but if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we’ll sort it out.

We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices, and a change never applies to a period you’ve already paid for. Comped and beta accounts are free until we tell you otherwise, with the same notice.

Availability

We work hard to keep Loopberry up, but we don’t promise a particular uptime during beta. Data syncs run on a daily schedule and can be delayed by a platform’s own outages or rate limits. We may change or retire features; when a change is significant we’ll tell you first.

Ending things

You can close your account whenever you like — see how to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other customers at risk, or that goes unpaid, and we’ll tell you why unless we’re legally unable to. Export anything you want to keep before you go.

Warranties and liability

Loopberry is provided as is. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its figures are complete or accurate — much of the data comes from third-party platforms we don’t control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and if you’re on a free or comped plan, to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as they legally can.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post any update here with a new date at the top, and we’ll email you if the change is material. Carrying on using Loopberry after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
